Currently serving as Product Manager at Lsoft, Rashmika leads end-to-end product strategy and operational execution for emerging technology solutions, delivering measurable gains in adoption, delivery velocity, and product quality. Her prior tenure as Program Manager at Amazon sharpened her ability to operate within complex, large-scale ecosystems — leading governance, cross-functional execution, and roadmap trade-offs aligned to customer and business priorities.
